The obvious and simple answer is 13. It’s easy to figure out that in the first row, the bauble equals 5; in the second row, the candy equals 6; and in the third row, the tree equals 3. Thus, if you add these numbers together, you get 5 + 6 + 3 = 13.

However, if you look more closely at the last row, you’ll notice that the bauble doesn’t have 5 stripes, as in the upper rows, but 4. The candy also doesn’t have 6 stripes, like in the rows above, but 5. Finally, the tree in the bottom row is also different—it has 4 tiers instead of 3, as in the upper rows. Therefore, the correct calculation is 4 + 5 + 4 = 13.
